2. Services

Zhiwan Technology provides custom CNC machining services including but not limited to CNC milling, CNC turning, 5-axis machining, and related surface finishing. Our services include:

  • DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review and quotation
  • Prototype and sample production
  • Low to high volume production
  • Surface finishing and secondary operations
  • Quality inspection and reporting

All services are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, which will be specified in individual quotations and order confirmations.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on the information, drawings, and specifications provided by the customer. Changes may result in price adjustments.
  • Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance by both parties.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production capacity, material availability, and project complexity.

4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms will be specified in each quotation and order confirmation.
  • New customers may be required to pay a deposit before production begins.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may result in production delays or order cancellation.

5. Quality and Inspection

  • All products are inspected according to our standard quality control procedures before shipment.
  • Inspection reports and CMM reports are available upon request.
  • Tolerance and quality requirements must be clearly specified at the time of order.
  • Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Customer IP

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other technical information provided by the customer remain the intellectual property of the customer. We will:

  • Use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders
  • Keep such information confidential (see NDA section below)
  • Not disclose or share customer IP with third parties
  • Not use customer IP for any other purpose

6.2 Our IP

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zhiwan Technology and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality and NDA

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhiwan Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. File Uploads

When uploading files through our website, you agree that:

  • You have the right to upload the files and provide them to us.
  • Files will only be used for the purpose of providing quotations and services.
  • We may reject files that do not comply with our acceptable format and size limits.
  • You will not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.

Allowed file formats: .step, .stp, .iges, .igs, .pdf, .dwg, .dxf, .jpg, .png. Maximum file size: 20MB per file, up to 5 files per submission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, China.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
